As the founder and CEO of Shaina Schuldt Co., I lead an integrated ecosystem of brands — from full service interior design and construction to luxury staging and high end real estate investing — all rooted in one mission: to help people design lives around freedom, family, and legacy.
With more than 15 years in the design and real estate industry, I’ve learned that the most beautiful spaces are the ones that reflect real life — lived in, loved, and intentionally designed with purpose. I’m not just creating homes; I’m designing strategies that turn design into ROI, spaces into equity, and vision into lasting impact for future generations.
In addition to leading my firm, I’m a licensed North and South Carolina real estate agent and seasoned real estate investor, bringing market intelligence and investment foresight to every project. My approach bridges creativity and construction, beauty and business, design and data — delivering results that feel as effortless as they look elevated.
